BALTIMORE — Baltimore police have named an 18-year-old murder suspect as the city’s new public enemy number one.

Authorities say Darius Neal is wanted for killing Charmain Wilson, a mother of eight, after she called police to report that someone had stolen her son’s bicycle seat.

Wilson was shot June 12.
