The Indiana Department of Transportation will make pavement repairs along 25 miles of State Road 45 between Unionville and Bean Blossom beginning Monday morning. Drivers will be directed around moving worksites by flaggers.
E & B Paving is the state’s contractor for this $1 million patch and rehabilitation project which also includes three other locations in INDOT’s Southeast District.
Asphalt patching will begin north of Unionville in the northbound lane and advance to State Road 135. At Bean Blossom, operations will double back in the southbound lane toward Unionville.
This section of S.R. 45 will be chip-sealed by INDOT maintenance crews at a future date after repairs have been completed.
