ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — A man is accused of felony manslaughter in connection with a deadly shooting in northwestern Missouri’s St. Joseph.

The St. Joseph News-Press reports that 24-year-old Raydel Cespedes of St. Joseph was charged in Buchanan County with first-degree involuntary manslaughter.

Authorities allege Cespedes shot unarmed 27-year-old Anthony Minor Jr. during an argument Thursday night at Cespedes’ home. Minor died at the scene.

Cespedes is jailed on $50,000 bond.

Online court records don’t show if he has an attorney.
