You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of July, 2017, Kim Terrell-Simon, Todd Terrell, Kevin Leech, Jeffery Leech, Tammy S. Woods, James Terrell, Crystal Long, Kenneth Long, Michael Russell McFarland, Larry Terrell, Jr., Lori Terrell, and Joel Terrell filed a Complaint to Quiet Title with the Brown Circuit Court in Nashville, Indiana, requesting that the Court quiet title and issue judgment establishing ownership in their names for certain real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

A part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 10 Norm, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 861 feet West of the Southeast comer of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 10 Norm, Range 2 East; thence North 192 feet to the right-of-way of the Illinois Central Railroad; thence Southwest along said Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way 413.9 feet to the South line of said Southwest quarter of me Southeast quarter then of beginning, containing 7/8 of an acre, more or less, MORE ACCURATELY DESCRIBED BY SURVEY OF JAMES S. STRONG, REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 9234, as follows:

A part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of said quarter quarter; thence running East 364.0 feet; thence running North 192.0 feet; thence running in a Southwesterly direction 413.90 feet and to the place of beginning, containing 0.80 of an acre.
