BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on August 22 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Thomas M. McLaughlin and William J. McLaughlin to allow a Replat of 2 existing lots.
The location of the properties are 6277 Grosbeak Ct. and 6300 Grosbeak Ct. in Hamblen Township.
Legal description of premises:
Lots Numbered WS-451, WS-452, and WS-453 Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 39, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 16, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 6277 GROSBEAK COURT, NINEVEH IN 46164.
Lots Numbered WS-449 and WS-450, SWEETWATER LAKE ADDITION, Plat Number 39, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 16, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
Subject to all liens, easements, restrictions, covenants and other matters of record.
The address of such real estate is commonly known as WS 449 Drive 17, Nineveh. Indiana 46164
The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
