A man who failed to signal a turn was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht stopped Trace Crafton, 17, of Franklin, on April 11. The officer’s report said he smelled burnt marijuana and searched the vehicle, where he found a glass smoking pipe.

Crafton was charged June 13 with a misdemeanor.
