PEOGA — A Brown County man was injured on Nineveh Road June 13 after he crashed his mo-ped.

Joseph J. Urso Jr., 73, told police he hit loose gravel and lost control near Beech Tree Road at around 1:40 p.m., an accident report by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Randy Taggart states.

Urso’s mo-ped landed on the pavement. He was taken by a hospital by EMS for treatment of a fractured or dislocated shoulder, the report said.

He was not wearing a helmet. The mo-ped was towed.
