By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1611- MF-000371 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Johnnie A. Madrid, John S. Lucero, State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, and Patricia B. Lucero were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of August, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
