HELMSBURG — A man who was cited for speeding and driving left of center on Railroad Road didn’t have a valid driver’s license, police said.

Zackery White, 32, of Old Haggard Road, was stopped May 26 on Railroad Road, which is being used as a detour for bridge work on State Road 135 North.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht learned through a license check that White was a habitual traffic violator. White was charged with a Level 6 felony June 6.
