YELLOWWOOD — Indiana Conservation Officers patrolling at Yellowwood State Forest in February found two men and marijuana in a vehicle at the boat ramp, a police report said.

James L. Skirvin, 29, of Unionville, admitted to Officer Jet Quillen that he had marijuana in his pocket. It was found on the passenger, too, and each of them also had a glass smoking device, the report said. The passenger was not named in the report.

Skirvin and the passenger were issued summons to appear in court. A probable-cause affidavit explaining the charges was filed June 12.
