Brown County High School, 325 Schoolhouse Lane: Three non-critical violations: Remove or repair Intek steamer, repeat violation, to be corrected by summer 2017; fan covers in cooler have dust (slight); hand-washing sink in main food area is slow to reach 100 degrees minimum for hand washing — took two minutes — when I washed my hands initially, then took 40 seconds to reach temp on second hand washing, both to be corrected now.
