Debra Kay (Walker) Stephenson, 66, Columbus, died Thursday morning, June 8, 2017 at her residence.

She is survived by her two children, Leanne Stephenson (fiancé, Chris Schaefer) and Keith Stephenson Jr., both of Columbus.

Pastor Beabout will conduct a funeral service at 7 p.m. Monday, June 12, at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown. Friends can call from 5:30 p.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery, Morgantown.
