NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO TAXPAYERS OF HAMBLEN TOWNSHIP

The taxpayers of Hamblen township, Brown County are notified that on June 15, 2017, at 7:00 pm o’clock, the Trustees of the Hamblen Township Fire Protection District will meet at the Hamblen Fire Department, 4650 Sweetwater Trail, to discuss incurring indebtedness for: $370,000 for the purchase of fire equipment/housing pursuant to IC 36-8-13-6

Taxpayers shall have the right to be heard. A determination whether or not to borrow and the maximum amount of loan may be made at this hearing. If a determination is made, a Notice will be published pursuant to statute. Affected taxpayers shall have the right to file objection petitions with the County Auditor within 30 days of publication of the Notice of Determination.
