BROWN COUNTY AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 26, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Ronald J. Frazee for approval of an application for a rear setback Variance.

Legal description of premises:

Lot Numbered DF-99 in Cordry Park in Hamblen Township, Brown County,   Indiana/ being an unplatted tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

A part of the former C.W. Cordry Farm, located in the North one half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17. Township 10 North, Range 4 East Of the Second Principal Meridian. Description starting at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said section and proceeding 1017.06 feet West and 732.95 feet South and 72.50 feet south 81 degrees 11 minutes West and 95.93 feet South 46 degrees 12 minutes West and 17 feet North 75 degrees 51 minutes West and 15 feet north 50 degrees 94 minutes West and 15 feet North 12 degrees 23 minutes West to a point of beginning; thence North 26 degrees 8 minutes East 15.00 feet; thence South 75 degrees 41 minutes West 188.63 feet; thence South 8 degrees 10 minutes West 60.00 feet; thence North 61 degrees 9 minutes East 191.68 feet to the point of beginning, said in prior deeds to contain .14 of an acre, more or less.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the application. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
