Notice is hereby given that John R. Brayton, III, was, on November 16, 2015 appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Louise Brayton, deceased, who died August 16, 2015, by the Escambia County, Florida, Probate Division,

Notice is further given that John R. Brayton, III, was granted, by Order of the Brown Circuit Court, authorization to proceed pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 29-2-1-6 in collecting and disbursing the decedent’s assets.

All persons who have claims against this Estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or within nine (9) months after decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
