NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1609-MF-000300 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. was Plaintiff, and Timothy L. Miller, Pamela L. Miller and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13 day of April, 2017, at the hour of 10am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 0 degrees 23 minutes West 320.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 02 minutes East 1092.70 feet; thence South 19 degrees 16 minutes East with the public road 163.40 feet; thence South 89 degrees 02 minutes West 53.20 feet; thence south 0 degrees 23 minutes East 165.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 02 minutes West 1092.30 feet to the beginning, containing 8.12 acres.
