TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE

AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.

07C01-1505- MF-000188       wherein BMO Harris Bank, N.A. was plaintiff and Timothy R. Weakley, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13 day of April, 2017, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana:

All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, lying East of State Highway No. 135, and more particularly described by survey of Charles E. Wells, Registered Land Surveyor No. 9427, dated in 1972, and corrected February 12, 1976, as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said quarter quarter, and running thence West 116.9 feet to a point in a County Road; thence North 22.0 feet to a concrete monument; thence West 19.4 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 14 degrees 21 minutes East, along the right of way line of State Highway No. 135, 308.5 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 21 degrees 04 minutes East along said right of way 166.4 feet to an iron pin; thence South 476.2 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.74 of an acre, more or less.
