TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No. 07C01-1509-MF-000298 wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon, As Trustee For The Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 1998-8, was Plaintiff and Sylvia Martin, William R. Martin, Beneficial Indiana Inc. d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Company and State of Indiana, Dept. of Revenue were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on 13th day April, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 am at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST, BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY AND THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25; THENCE WEST WITH SAID SOUTH LINE 419 FEET; THENCE NORTH 208 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH SAID SOUTH LINE T THE CENTER OF SAID PUBLIC HIGHWAY; THENCE SOUTHERLY WITH SAID PUBLIC HIGHWAY 208 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE BEGINNING CONTAINING 2 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
