LEGAL NOTICE

Milestone Contractors, LP. is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from land disturbing activities planned for the filling of the Wrightsman Property, 4129 Yellowwood Road, Nashville, IN 47448 in Brown County. Run-off from the project sites will discharge into North Fork Salt Creek.
