Notice is hereby given that Neil Perry (Hydro Harvest LLC) have filed with the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Count) of Brown, Indiana, an application for variation in the regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, to wit:

A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH. RANGE 2 EAST. MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION, ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. 135; THENCE FOLLOWING THE RIGHT OF WAY OF SAID STATE HIGHWAY NO. 135. NORTH 388 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE WEST 535 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH 388 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EAST 535 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 4-3/4 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BEING LOCATED IN BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA.

Applicants are requesting a Special Exception to operate a Commercial Greenhouse. The property is located at 6092 State Road 135 N. in Jackson Township.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the Count)- Office Building, Nashville, Indiana, until two days prior to the hearing date.

A public hearing will be held by the Board on March 29, 2017 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the application. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this application by order of the Area Board of Zoning Appeals. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the Count)- Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
