Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants Linda Monroe a/k/a Linda J. Monroe and Carole A. Droll, upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:
