Easley I. “Penny” (Presley-Johnson) Burnette, 75, of Morgantown, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 11, 2017, at The Waters of Martinsville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Burnette.

Penny is survived by her son, Nathan A. Burnette of Morgantown; two grandchildren; siblings, Deborah Applegate of Morgantown and Michael Johnson of New Whiteland.

A funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan 14, at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown.

Friends can call from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery, Martinsville.
