NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED EQUIPMENT FINANCING

Cordry Sweetwater Volunteer Fire & Ambulance INC.:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Cordry Sweetwater Volunteer Fire & Ambulance INC. will meet at the time, date and place noted below in order to hold a public hearing under the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the Volunteer Fire Department enter into a Master Lease-Purchase Agreement to finance certain equipment.

Meeting Date/Time: January 21 , 2017. at 9:00 A.M.

Meeting Location: Cordry Sweetwater Fire Station 101 Firehouse Road Nineveh IN. 46164

To finance the costs of the equipment (which is described generally below) and the expenses incidental to the financing, the Cordry Sweetwater Volunteer Fire & Ambulance INC. proposes to enter into a Master Lease-Purchase Agreement in the aggregate principal amount state below. The Cordry Sweetwater Volunteer Fire & Ambulance INC. will be required to pay all rent for the equipment, to pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and insuring the equipment and to pay all taxes on the equipment. The Cordry Sweetwater Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Department’s obligations under the Master Lease-Purchase Agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.

Equipment Location: Cordry Sweetwater Fire Station 101 Firehouse Road Nineveh, IN. 46164

Amount to be Financed: $491,000.00

All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the Governing Body of the Cordry Sweetwater Volunteer Fire & Ambulance INC. prior to the date of the public hearing set forth above.
