A Nineveh woman was arrested Oct. 28 after police say she grabbed and pushed a man.
Brooke A. Paul, 28, was arrested by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Paul Henderson after the male victim told him Paul had grabbed his right arm and pushed him. Henderson reported seeing a small cut on the inside of the victim’s right elbow. The victim refused medical treatment.
The victim also had a protective order against Paul. Henderson found Paul in the same house as the victim and she told him she had been with him over the course of the day, according to the affidavit.
She was charged Oct. 31 with domestic battery and invasion of privacy, both Class A misdemeanors.
