By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1502-MF-000070 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Brian Teel a/k/a Brian G. Teel, Linda C. Teel a/k/a Linda Comstock-Teel a/k/a Linda Teel-Comstock a/k/a Linda Comstock a/k/a Linda Teel Comstock a/k/a Linda Teel a/k/a Linda Comstock Teel, United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development, The Unknown Tenant and PNC Bank, N.A. f/k/a National City Bank f/k/a First of America Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of December, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, containing 3/8 of an acre, more or less as to Parcel No. 1 And: The North One-Half of the following described real estate:  A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, containing 1/6 of an acre, more or less, as to Parcel No. 2.MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS:Parcel 1:A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, running thence East 90 feet; thence due North 382 feet to a point along the East side of a 30 foot right of way; thence North 28-1/4 degrees East 409.8 feet to a point, which point is the beginning point of the real estate being described: running thence North 28-1/4 degrees East 100 feet to a point; thence South 35-3/4 degrees East 227.8 feet to a point along the Southwest side of the 24-foot roadway; thence South 54-1/4 degrees West 110 feet to a point; thence North 29-3/4 degrees West 185.5 feet to a point, which point is the point of beginning.  Containing 3/8 of an acre, more or less.Parcel 2: The North One-half of the following described real estate: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:  Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Quarter; thence East 95 feet; thence North 394.5 feet; thence North 28-1/4 degrees East 105 feet to the point of beginning of the real estate herein described; thence South 89 degrees East 191.7 feet; thence North 29 degrees 45 minutes West 185.5 feet; thence South 28-1/4 degrees West 191 feet to the point of beginning.  Containing 1/3 of an acre, more or less.  Leaving herein described 1/6 of an acre, more or less.
