NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1605-MF-000157 wherein Mortgage Solutions of Colorado was Plaintiff, and John Schoonover aka John L. Schoonover (deceased), et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   8th   day of    December, 2016, at the hour of 10 AM  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

All that parcel of land in Township of Washington, Brown County, State of Indiana as more fully described in Deed Book 171, page 339, ID #003-05540-00, being known and designated as beginning at a point in the center of the county road at the intersection of said road and North line of said West half of the Southeast quarter, thence running North 89 degrees 37 minutes East 214.24 feet; thence South 10 degrees 12 minutes West 179.72 feet; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes West 222.61 feet to the center of county road; thence following this center line of said road North 15 degrees 53 minutes 39.45 feet; thence North 12 degrees 6 minutes East 140.27 feet to the place of beginning.
