NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1605-MF-000147, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, was Plaintiff, and Jeffery S. Smith, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of December, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at P.O. Box 95, Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
