NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO FREEHOLDERS OF SUB-AREAS I. IV. AND V OF THE LAKE LEMON CONSERVANCY DISTRICT.

The Lake Lemon Conservancy District (LLCD) is inviting nominations to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors at the ensuing Annual Meeting on February 1,2017.

The terms of the following Directors are expiring:

Lance Eberle- Sub-Area I

John Schell – Sub-Area IV

Andrew Hoffman – Sub Area V

A Director nominee must be a freeholder of the Sub-Area of the District for which nominated; or be an officer or a nominee of a corporate freeholder of the Sub-Area of the District for which nominated; be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the District; and be willing to serve for four (4) years (Sub-Area I & IV) or three (3) years (Sub-Area V) with NO REMUNERATION.

Nominations for Sub-Area It IV, & V Director positions must be submitted (in person, by Fax 812-335-0038. or by email at [email protected]) to the LLCD Office before December 1, 2016 and such nomination must be in writing and signed by at least five (5) freeholders from the Sub-Area of the District to be served.
