James W. “Jim” Adams, 85, Morgantown, died Sunday afternoon, Oct. 23, 2016 at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Maria R. (Adams) Adams; children, Larry (Susan) Adams and Bret (Susan) Adam, both of Indianapolis, Marcie (Monte) Sebastian of New Whiteland, Debrah Daniels of Nineveh, Steve (Estefania) Eaton of Sevierville, Tennessee, and Amanda Chapman of Morgantown; 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Jim was preceded in death by first wife, Miriam Adams; and son, James E. Adams.

Bro. Chuck Oliver will conduct a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 201 N. Eastview Dr. in Franklin. Friends can call from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. A graveside service with military rites will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Madison. Funeral arrangements are with Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
