Tyler Wallace, 38, Indianapolis, was charged with domestic battery after a person reported being punched and kicked.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Schonfeld interviewed the victim on Oct. 16 who reported being punched in the face and ribs and kicked in the ribs while on the ground.

Ambulance personnel told the officer that the victim’s ribs could have been fractured. The victim planned to go to a hospital on their own.

On Oct. 17, Wallace was charged with domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor.
