ORDINANCE 2016-11 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE VII TRAFFIC CODE: SECTION 70.99 “PENALTY”
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Nashville believes that the civil penalties for violations of various Town ordinances should be amended; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Nashville deems it advisable to amend Title VII Traffic Code Section 70.99 “Penalty”
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED:
- That Title VII “Traffic Code” Section 70.99 “Penalty” be amended as follows:
- Any person in violation of any of the provisions of this title shall pay the following civil penalty:
Violations of Chapter 72, Schedule II, Speed Limits $10
Violations of Chapter 72, Schedule III, Stop Streets $10
Violations of Chapter 90 Animals $10
Violations of Chapter 92 Nuisances $10
Violations of Chapter 93 Streets & Sidewalks $10
