NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1604-MF-000124 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-13 was Plaintiff, and John W. Johnson, Karen D. Johnson, AKA Karen Johnson, and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th  day of December  2016, at the hour of 10:00am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

The north part of lots numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block 7, in the Town of Helmsburg, Brown County, Indiana, according to the corrected plat thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 3 on Pages 100-101, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the northeast corner of Lot Numbered Eight (8) in Block 7; thence South 45 feet; thence west to the west line of lot numbered Seven (7); thence north 45 feet; thence east to the place of beginning. Also the south part of lots numbered Seven (7) and Number Eight (8) in Block 9, according to the corrected plat of Helmsburg, Indiana, as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 3 on Pages 100-101, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
