(5150 East 65th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: B-29700-A – Brown County Bridge Replacement on SR 45, 2.87 miles West of SR 135. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Lick Creek.
