The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued In the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you Is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:

A part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 8 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said quarter quarter 18 rods West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 8 North, Range 2 East; thence South 13-1/2 degrees West 132 feet to a point; thence South 60 degrees West 140.25 feet to a point; thence South 21-1/3 degrees East 181.5 feet to a point on the North line of State Highway No. 46 right-of-way; thence South 65 degrees West along said right-of-way 87.5 feet to a point marked by a concrete highway marker; thence South 69 degrees West along said right-of-way 50 feet to a point; thence North 16-1/2 degrees West 430 feet to a point on the North line of said quarter quarter; thence East on the North line 343 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: A part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 8 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning 613.93 feet West of the Northeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence South 16-1/2 degrees East 214.1 feet; thence South 73-1/2 degrees West 25 feet; thence North 16-1/2 degrees West 221.5 feet; thence East 26.07 feet to the beginning. LEAVING HEREIN DESCRIBED 2.00 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 1st day of DECEMBER 2016 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
