LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to IC 14-33-5-3, the Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District Board of Directors is inviting nominations to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors for the following areas: Jim Ray, Area 5, Four-Year Term, and Patrick Sherman, Area 6, Four-Year Term.

Nominees must be freeholders of the area for which they are running, be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the district, and have signatures of five freeholders from the same area. Nominations must be in writing and submitted to the CSCD Office, 8377 Cordry Dr., Nineveh, IN 46164, before December 1, 2016 or postmarked before December 1, 2016. The election will be held on January 14, 2017.
