A 19-year-old Washington, Indiana teen was arrested Oct. 1 after police pulled him over as a suspected drunken driver.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht reported that Logan J. Aldrich smelled of alcohol and had “lethargic responses,” the report said. A breath test showed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.16,  twice the legal limit.

Police also reported finding four grams of marijuana in Aldrich’s vehicle, the report said. Two other officers said they had seen the marijuana on the center console when it was parked at a gas station in Nashville.

Aldrich was charged with four misdemeanors Oct. 3.
