NEW YORK — Police in New York City say an 18-year-old homeless man is dead after officers found him with multiple stab wounds to the torso.

Police say officers in Manhattan found Ashton Niles late Monday afternoon while responding to a report of stabbing in a Harlem neighborhood.

Police say first responders took Niles to a hospital where he was declared dead.

No arrests have been made. An investigation is underway.
