NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY: Washington Township Trustee
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington Township Trustee located in Nashville, IN will meet on October 26, 2016 at 7:30pm for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance (1) HME Fire Truck to be located at 231 E. Main Street.
To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $295,000. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
