A Laurel, Indiana, man was arrested for driving a Harley while intoxicated on State Road 46 the evening of Sept. 9.

Nashville Police Officer Matthew Hatchett reported smelling alcohol on Kenneth E. Judd Jr., 40, and that his that his speech was slurred and balance unsteady.

A chemical test administered at the Brown County Jail more than an hour later showed a result of 0.15, over the legal limit of 0.08.

He was charged Sept. 13 with two misdemeanors.
