BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
FOR THE EVERETT TOURIST HOME

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Denise and J.T. Everett a Special Exception to allow a tourist home.
The location of the property is 800 Parkview Road in Washington Township.

BEGINNING NORTH 00 DEGREES 10 MINUTES EAST 322.7 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER SECTION; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 10 MINUTES EAST 344.8 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 58 MINUTES EAST 763.6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 13 MINUTES WEST 366,3 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 25 MINUTES WEST 763.1 FEET TO THE BEGINNING.
