Pursuant to Trial Rule 4.13, Plaintiff is completing Service by Publication as follows:

1. The unknown heirs of Nick Roberts, whose whereabouts are unknown, are the person(s) being sued, and the person to whom this notice is being directed.
2. The court and cause number assigned in this cause are as follows: In the Brown County Circuit Court, Cause No. 07C01-1608-PL-000295
3. The Title of this case shown by the Complaint is The Carson Roberts Revocable Living Trust v. The Unknown Heirs of Nick Roberts.
4. The Attorney representing the Plaintiff is Jason H. Guthrie, Thomasson, Thomasson, Long & Guthrie, P.C., 50 Washington Street, Suite 3A, Columbus, IN 47201.
5. The nature of the Suit is a quiet title action to quiet title to the Quiet Title Real Estate in favor of Plaintiff.
6. The Unknown Heirs of Nick Roberts must answer the Complaint in writing, on or before October 21, 2016, (being thirty (30) days after the last Notice of Law Suit is published), and if they fail to do so a judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
