Plaintiff seeks to quiet title a (1.772) acre tract of land that was previously combined with a parcel of land owned by Plaintiff. Said tract of land has lost its owner of record;
Cordelia Marshall Calvin and Ann E. Calvin were the last owners of record as of March 24, 1923. Plaintiff seeks to quiet title against any and all Defendants as well as any heirs, devisees or assigns, if any exist.
You are hereby notified that you are a Defendant in the above-entitled cause pending in the above-named Court. The nature of this action is a Complaint To Quiet Title.
You must appear and answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication hereof as hereinafter set forth and if you fail to do so, judgment will be entered against you for what Plaintiff has demanded. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
