An Indianapolis woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police pulled her over on State Road 46 East Aug. 5.

Nashville Police Officer Kyle Seward reported in a probable cause affidavit that he observed a 2007 Honda Pilot driven by Lori A. Bland, 48, cross the center line in the 800 block of State Road 46 East at around 3:55 p.m.

Seward reported smelling alcohol on Bland, seeing alcohol containers in the vehicle and that her eyes were red/watery, the affidavit said.

A breath test showed her blood-alcohol content to be 0.11, more than the legal limit.

She was charged Aug. 15 with three alcohol-related misdemeanors.
