By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.
07C01-1604-MF-000118 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Karen Johnson and John Johnson, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of October, 2016. at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section IS, Township 10 North, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana, as described as follows.
Commencing at a stone at the Southeast comer of said quarter quarter section
thence North 8 rods along the East line of said quarter quarter to the place of beginning
thence West 354 feet along a line 8 rods North of and parallel with the South line of said quarter quarter thence
South 8 rods to me South line of said quarter quarter
thence West 553 feet along said South line
thence North 2 and a half degrees West 262.2 feet to the middle of a road 30 feet in width.
Thence along the middle of said road by me 7 following courses North 85 degrees East 106 feet thence North 61 and a half degrees East 120 feet
thence North 81 degrees East 168 feet
thence North 65 degrees 32 minutes East 108 feet
thence North 65 degrees 32 minutes East 103.3 feet
thence North 87 degrees 16 minutes East 299.1 feet
thence North 25 degrees East 98.7 feet to a point on the East line of said quarter quarter section in Oak Ridge Road.
Thence South 414 feet along said East line to the place of beginning containing 6.93 acres, more or less.
