NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1604-MF-000115 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Joseph L. Koltcz, State of Indiana and Midland Funding LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of October, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 1500 feet South of the Northwest corner of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; thence South 627.2 feet; thence North 74-1/2 degrees East 68.80 feet; thence North 52.25 degrees East 66 feet; thence North 42.20 decrees East 92 feet; thence North 63-1/2 degrees East 215 feet to a point in the center of a 30-foot wide roadway; thence following the center of said roadway as follows: North 1-1/4 degrees East 284 feet; thence North 17-1/2 degrees West 66 feet; thence North 35-1/4 degrees West 78.5 feet; thence West along the center of a roadway 310.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4 acres, more or less.
