Letter: County’s hospitality on display at conference

To the editor:

Brown County hosted 65 executive directors from 65 different Indiana community foundations, as well as the staff of the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance (IPA), Aug. 3 and 4 at the IPA’s annual leadership conference.

As the attending representative from your Brown County Community Foundation, I want to thank and compliment the Brown County Inn for their excellent customer service, friendly staff and excellent food. I heard nothing but rave reviews of the refurbished facility and professional service from attendees.

Also, I want to thank the Brown County Convention and Visitors Bureau, which happily provided a wonderful bag of interesting visitor information for each attendee. Many of the directors traveled into Nashville with their families and planned on staying an extra day to take advantage of the wonderful variety of activities available in Brown County.

I trust a good time was had by all attendees and that 65 good will ambassadors are back home talking about the charm and friendliness of Brown County.

Thank you,

Larry Pejeau, CEO, Brown County Community Foundation
