C & C Surplus and Equipment (8747 E. State Road 45, Unionville, IN 47468) is undertaking a construction project that will conform with the State of Indiana’s Storm Water Run-off Control Regulations as covered under 327 IAC 15.5 (Rule 5).  The project will consist of clearing, installation of erosion and sediment control measures, grading, utility infrastructure, asphalt and concrete paving, building construction and lawn establishment as required for a vehicle and equipment repair and sales facility. The project is located at 4111 State Road 45, Nashville, Brown County, Indiana, with the receiving water being Brier Creek. Construction will take place from August 2016 through August 2017.

An erosion control plan that meets the requirements of Rule 5 has been prepared.  The erosion control plan will be implemented by the Contractor and monitored for compliance by the Brown County Soil and Water Conservation District.  If you have any questions concerning the plans for this project, please contact Smith Brehob & Associates, Inc. at 453 S.
