Pursuant to a Praecipe for Summons by Publication filed by the Plaintiff, in the above-filed cause, you are hereby notified that a Complaint has been filed in the Brown Circuit Court, Cause No. 07C01-1605-MF-000172 against you.

BEING the same property conveyed to Doyel Hoskins and Pamela M. Hoskins, husband and wife, by Deed dated July 5, 2002. of record as Instrument No. 200200003613. in Official Records Book 55. Page 1528. in the Office of the Recorder of the County Court of Brown County. Indiana.

Subject to any and all easements and/or restrictions apparent or of public record that may apply to the above-described real estate, (hereinafter referred to as “Real Estate”).

The Defendant, Pamela Hoskins, owes the Plaintiff the unpaid principal balance with interest and fees of $113,178.91 as of February 18,2016, and further interest will accrue from said date at the rate as set forth in the Note until the date of Judgment. Additionally, the Defendant, Pamela Hoskins owes the Plaintiff for the reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Plaintiff, for foreclosure of its Mortgage against the above described Real Estate.

In addition to damages the Plaintiff has requested foreclosure of its Mortgage against the Real

Estate, and all other liens of the Defendants named in the case. You are a necessary party to this case and you must respond to the Complaint on or before expiration of thirty (30) days from the date that the third notice of summons is published or judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
