Johnny L. Conway, 44, Bloomington, died Thursday evening, Aug. 4, 2016, at I.U. Health-Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He is survived by his daughters, Courtney and Allison Conway, both of Greenwood; siblings, Barbara (Dale) Burton of Lakeland, Florida, Chris (Rosemary) Conway of Trafalgar, Carol (Scott) Willard, Paula (Jim) Baker and Ronnie (Melinda) Conway, all of Nineveh.

The Rev. Tom Knight will conduct a funeral service at noon Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown.

Friends can call from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery, Morgantown.
