The Brown County High School football team is out for blood today — donating blood.
The blood drive will run until 7 p.m. today, July 29, in the high school parking lot.
Head Coach Randy Minniear said the boys were motivated both to meet the current blood shortage in Indiana, and to take a leadership role in their community.
The team is placing emphasis on making the community proud with their actions off the field and off the field as well, Minniear said.
“This is our Brown County football family, and they’re going to wear that with pride,” he┬ásaid.
